Meditate with Singing Bowls & Drums

We all know the benefits of meditation. Science has caught up to it. Sound baths make even the novice realize benefits immediately due to the quality of silencing of our thoughts possible when immersed in its vibrations. The disconnection of the soul causes the effect all gurus, including Jesus, have desired for us - going within. Communion is a way not only to excite us into participative practice but a way to a more powerful outcome. We have all heard 'group payer is more powerful', so is group meditation.  You are coming to this event not to just meditate, but to commune with the intention of co-ascension. You will know what that means over time. Just show up.  Some weeks meditations will be followed with vegetarian Indian food. A food event to book/RSVP separately will be added on these weeks.
